And in this instance, we are going to be feeling fine with madeleines. We didn't rehearse it, but that's fine. So Erik, tell us what we're making here. This is great.
Erik Zager, DVM, DACVECC: So as you said, we're making madeleine cookies, which is like a very cake-like cookie: relatively simple ingredients, [but] a little bit complex as far as the actual baking.
Christman: On a scale of 1 to 10, for a new baker, what would you give this then, 10 being complex?
Zager: Probably a blue.
Christman: That's not a number!
