Treating patients with spectrum of care in mind

Video
Downtown Charlotte, NC

In this interview, Kate Boatright, VMD, defines spectrum of care plus how practicing this concept helps promote client trust and satisfaction

In this interview, Fetch dvm360® Charlotte faculty member Kate Boatright, VMD, describes the importance of considering a spectrum of care to meet each client's unique needs while providing the best treatment option for the pet.

The following is a partial transcript of the video.

Kate Boatright, VMD: It's all about communicating with the client, forming a care team with them, and making decisions that are going to be best for the patient within the individual client limitations. And while that's often finances, it's not always, sometimes it's physical or emotional limitations.

Boatright will delve more into this topic, plus others at the upcoming Fetch dvm360® Charlotte Conference March 24-26, 2023. Register here.
