MERIDIAN, IDAHO - 8/19/05 - MWI Veterinary Supply, a distributor of animal health products went public in early August with the initial pricing of common stock shares.

MERIDIAN, IDAHO - 8/19/05 - MWI Veterinary Supply, a distributor of animal health products went public in early August with the initial pricing of common stock shares.

The company offered 4,333,334 shares were offered by the company at $17 each.
The company is listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol MWIV.
MWI distributes more than 10,000 veterinary products to more than 14,000 veterinary practices worldwide, according to a company press release.
