Hex Laboratory Systems introduces the Vet/Hex, a complete laboratory information system for the veterinary labs of all types including private, independent, commercial and research labs. All aspects of the laboratory are automated including order entry, result entry, result inquiry and billing, the company says. Available options include microbiology, pathology, auto faxing, analyzer interfaces and more. Vet/Hex can also be interfaced to other systems such as HIS, Practice Management, and billing systems. Web-based order entry and result inquiry is available with HEXs LabCentral product, the company says.
