Leilani Alvarez, DVM, DACVSMR, CVA, CCRT: The other area that I've seen a lot of growth in is veterinary orthotics and prosthetics (VOPs). We use them a lot in our department, but I'm getting a lot more referrals from people. So I think people are recognizing that, "Oh, maybe we don't need to amputate that leg, maybe we can actually still keep the function of that leg."
