Incorrect. That CRI dose is 75 ml/hr, which will likely cause fluid overload in a 5-kg cat, so it would be safer to reduce this dose by half in this case. An administration rate of 38 ml/hr (or 0.6 ml/min) for two to three hours is more appropriate. You still need to monitor Rintu closely, but a healthy patient with normal cardiac and renal function should not have a problem.
