Electronic bill paying is worth looking into for veterinary clinic expense payment.

"If any clinic is not using this simple time-saving feature, I would highly recommend it", Quick says. "I directly download the deposit and other transactions daily. This procedure has dramatically reduced user input errors and has simplified the reconciliation process at the end of the month. I no longer chase a penny due to transpositions on entries."

Using the computer, the week's bills are paid, saving valuable time and money.

Quick says his monthly bill-pay costs are very inexpensive, and he considers the tracking very good.

Within the last year, Quick also incorporated downloading of credit card transactions directly into his accounting program.

"The benefits of automatically recording and categorizing the transactions within my accounting program are such a time-saving feature," he adds.
