Veterinary Economics Editorial Advisory Board member Dr. Dennis Cloud, owner of Cloud Veterinary Center in St. Louis, suggests you get two cell phones. Seem like it would double your trouble? "Your clients will have one number. And only your family will have the other number," he says. "Most of the time clients hesitate to call, but they love that you give them the number. It tells great clients that you're available to them."
