With hundreds of credit cards to choose from, how do you decide which one is right for you? Hint: Check the rewards programs.

Wallethub, a website that offers free credit scores and reports, researched dozens of credit card issuers to find which had the best rewards programs.

The best of the best were chosen based on their eligibility requirements, earnings and redemption policies, and estimated reward value. Wallethub also calculated the amount a person would earn using each card for a time span of two years, including fees.

Here are the top 15 credit cards based on rewards programs.

1. Barclaycard Arrival Plus World Elite Mastercard

  • Earn 50,000 miles after spending $3,000 in the first 90 days.
  • Earn double miles on all purchases.
  • Earned miles never expire for account that are used often.
  • APR: 0 percent for the first 12 months, then variable.
  • 2-Year Value of Card: $1,634

2. Discover It Card

  • Bonus miles are doubled at the end of the year.
  • Earn 1.5 miles for every $1 spent on all purchases, with no annual fee.
  • APR: 0 percent for the first 14 months, then 10.99 percent for 14 months, then variable.
  • 2-Year Value of Card: $1,559

3. US Bank Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite Card

  • Earn 50,000 bonus points (worth $750) after spending $4,500 in the first 90 days.
