This meeting will explore the challenges that come from having minimal resources as they relate to accessing many types of support, including veterinary medical care. Then highlightingprograms that have developed practical methods for overcoming some of these barriers. There will be an emphasis on small group work and expanding on the foundation for interprofessionalcollaboration to become even more active around this important topic. Attendees you will have a better understanding of what makes accessing veterinary medical care difficult for so many people - as well as an expanded skill set on how to problem solve around this issue.
