Pro and con: Using online client forms
Managers duke it out over whether practices should use online client forms.

New and returning clients to Broad Ripple Animal Clinic and Wellness Center in Indianapolis appreciate the time and attention they get from team members who skip the forms and ask the questions themselves, says hospital administrator Brenda Tassava, CVPM.
But practice manager Gina Toman, RVT, says online forms from Seaside Animal Care in Calabash, N.C., streamline new-client visits, boarding reservations, and more, and make even more time for personal bonding for front-desk and exam-room staff.
