We all want our clients to listen and follow our guidance. Whether we need them to approve a surgical treatment, make an important purchase, give year-round parasite prevention, schedule an oral health procedure, or just sign off on yearly wellness blood screens, sometimes you may find it difficult to get a "yes."
My simple solution: Replace the word "recommend" with the word "need."
Say it with confidence and watch your compliance go through the roof!
