Pet Loss & Grief Companioning Certification Course

Two Hearts Pet Loss Center will offer Pet Loss & Grief Companioning Certification courses in Dallas on May 14-16, in Boston on September 8-10, and in Denver on September 17-19. Designed for end-of-life pet care professionals, these three-day intensive courses explore crucial topics related to pet loss, including Pet Loss Companioning, Pet Hospice, Anticipatory Grief, Needs of Mourning, Importance of Rituals, Pet Loss Support Groups, Children and Grief, Surviving Pets and Grief, Pets and Spirituality, Pet Loss Communication and Compassion Fatigue. The courses also provide powerful, one-of-a-kind networking opportunities, business building sessions, self-care activities (such as massage therapy), and moving tributes that honor the pets of attendees.The courses meet the requirements for 15 hours of continuing education credits for veterinary professionals who work in jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB/RACE approval.
