Use this tip to help clients put team members' faces to names.

Create a notebook with photos of your team members in it and display it in your reception area for clients to flip through. With team members' head shots, include their job title, the ways they help make your practice great, pets' names, hobbies, and any other fun information they want to share about themselves. Clients will love getting to know your employees and doctors this way. And when clients later call to set up an appointment or to talk to a team member over the phone, they can put faces to names.
