Intermediate Dose-Implants

VetLife received Food and Drug Administration approval for Component TE-IS and IH with Tylan to the cattle market. The intermediate-dose implants are for the feedlot market. The company says that recent feedlot trials, both individual animal and replicated pen studies, have show that, even when there arent any visible abscesses, cattle implanted with the product showed better average daily gains, better feed conversion and heavier hot carcass weights than cattle implanted with an identical non-Tylan implant. The two new products increase the companys implant line to 21 different products.
