At our clinic, like many clinics, we put informational labels on the medication vials we dispense to clients.

At our clinic, like many clinics, we put informational labels on the medication vials we dispense to clients (e.g. "Shake well" or "Keep in refrigerator"). We keep the same labels on the stock bottles in the pharmacy. This way when someone fills a prescription, he or she immediately knows which labels go on the medication vial.
