We have a fish bowl that we keep in the lounge stocked with some cut out paper fish. Anytime a team member does something above and beyond for another team member, they write them a "fish." At each staff meeting, we go fishing and one fish is selected for a gift card to an area restaurant or store. All of the other fish are read out loud and the recipient receives a piece of candy to go along with their fish.
