Change is hard. It makes people uncomfortable and, as a result, causes feelings of loss and anxiety. Whether you’re facing change yourself or helping others manage it, you should expect negative reactions and resistance. The good thing is you can decrease the fallout by tracking attitudes—your colleagues’ and your own.
