This new instant animal earthermometer, the VT-110 measures "core" body temperature fromthe ear in one second. Clinical data has shown the VT-110 to correlate closelyto rectal temperature measurements, the company says.
The VT-110 has been designed for "lighter" use in a professionalveterinary setting. This instrument has been designed for about three yearsof use. This is compared to the approximate five-year lifetime of the VT-100.
