Client compliance does more than affect a pet's health-it directly affects your practice's bottom line. Are you doing all that you can to ensure clients follow your recommendations?

In a perfect world, clients would follow every recommendation you make. And why shouldn't they? You're the expert, after all, and you know what's best for your patients. But sometimes, when they're faced with information overload and too many options, clients don't follow your advice. Or maybe they're confused. If you and your practice team don't communicate a consistent message—if clients are hearing different things from the doctor, technician, and receptionist—they won't act on your recommendations. How does that benefit your patients?
