Try again. An iatrogenic cause seems unlikely because Olivia has no history of receiving medications that may cause polydipsia. In addition to PU/PD, patients with diabetes often present with dramatic weight loss, which is not part of Olivia's history. Also, while being spayed does not completely rule out a pyometra, it does put it lower on the differential list at this time.
