Areas of discussion will include the enrollment process, family and veterinary care team support, and identification of key information that should be captured into the AlignCareTM Electronic Health Record.Incremental Care: Defining incremental care as a tiered therapeutic approach to case management by veterinary professionals.Participants will characterize key therapeutic decision points, client education topics and methods for reaching diverse families, and ways to leverage the desire of veterinarians to help underserved families. Areas of discussion will include incentives for veterinary practices to serve AlignCareTM families, telemedicine and identifying key information that should be captured into the AlignCareTM Electronic Health Record.AlignCare Fund: Mobilizing communities to support struggling families needing assistance with veterinary care. Participants will discuss how to best market AlignCareTM as a national system and educate communities about the importance of supporting underserved families.
