  • The Federal Trade Commission recently announced that in a 3-1 vote, it has vacated the 2024 final rule banning most employment noncompete agreements, meaning the initiative from the Biden Administration has formally ended.
  • Health Canada approved fluralaner for extended-release injectable suspension (Bravecto Quantum; Merck Animal Health), becoming one of the over 50 countries in the world to approve the product to treat and prevent flea infestations, as well as treat and control tick infestations for 12 months in dogs and puppies over 6 months of age.
