It's almost a foregone conclusion now that businesses have a social media presence, and veterinary clinics are no exception. When Dr. Marty Becker's Big Bus Tour stopped in Kansas City, Dr. J.C. Burcham of Olathe Animal Hospital in Olathe, Kan., shared some social media tips. She says that Facebook, YouTube and the like offer clinics a golden opportunity to build relationships with clients.
