When our days get busy in veterinary practice and we're not sure what to do first (follow-up calls, medication refills, clients in reception, lab work, etc.), it can feel like there are a million balls in the air. A doctor I work with says, "Don't drop the glass ones"-essentially meaning those that are most important. It really helps to put the truly important things first.
