“Practice owners' resistance to increasing wages is directly related to the unknowns we are now living with-and not just in our industry. Are we recovering? Are we out of the woods already? Will we ever enjoy the pre-2009 days again? Increasing pay represents a permanent impact on practice finances, while bonuses and other small gestures feel safer.”-Kyle Palmer, CVT
