With the increasing emphasis and desire to improve treatment of perioperative pain control and to alleviate pain associated with chronic illness and disease, many pet owners are seeking out veterinarians who not only have an interest in pain management but a cutting-edge knowledge concerning this area of veterinary medicine.

The five modules in the VEO Pain Management course are designed to give the busy practitioner a working knowledge of the vocabulary and concepts underlying the modern approach to pain management in the dog and cat. All modules are available to veterinarians and licensed, registered or certified veterinary technicians.

Participants will qualify for a reduced fee if they register for all five modules.

Offered by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Veterinary Medicine
