Mesh skin graft: Step 2A

Transfer this cloth pattern to the donor site, using care not to turn the pattern over during transfer. Place the pattern so the direction of hair growth on the graft will be the same as that of the hair surrounding the defect. Trace the pattern with a sterile toothpick or a sterile, splintered wooden applicator stick dipped in sterile methylene blue or a sterile skin-marking pen.
