- 9am-12pm - Lab: Participants Perform Rostral Mandibulectomy and Rostral Hemimaxillectomy

- 1pm-2pm - Lecture: Recognition and Treatment of Congenital and Acquired Palatal Defects
- 2pm-5pm - Lab: Participants Perform Surgical Repair of Simulated Congenital and Acquired Palatal Defects
Day#2 - Sunday
- 8am-9am - Lecture: Recognition and Treatment Planning for Jaw Fractures
- 9am-12pm - Lab: Participants Perform
- Placement of Circumferential Wiring
- Interdental Wiring
- Figure-of-Eight Wiring
- Interdental Splint Placement
- Hemisection of Teeth with Pulp Capping for Treatment of Roots in the Fracture Site
- Placement of Freeze-Dried Bone Graft Material
- 12pm-1pm - Lunch
- 1pm-2pm - Lecture: Surgical Management of Unusual Oral Lesions
- 2pm-5pm - Lab: Participants Perform
- Various Oral Biopsy Techniques
- Partial Glossectomies including Ligation of Salivary Ducts During Performance of Radical Glossectomies
- Placement of Esophageal Feeding Tubes
- Mandibular and Sublingual Salivary Gland Removal for Treatment of Salivary Mucoceles
