Idea Exchange: Warm towels keep patients-and staff-cozy after surgery
When we use a circulating warm-water blanket under a surgical patient, we lay a clean towel under the blanket.

When we use a circulating warm-water blanket under a surgical patient, we lay a clean towel under the blanket. This practice gives us a warm towel to wrap the waking patient in as we carry it back to its cage after surgery. This idea is simple and easy, and it feels nice for us, too.
