Jessica Trichel, DVM: We're just starting to see more of this gradient that you see in other industries when it comes to these ownership models for veterinarians...It goes back to the "why" of [whether] you want 100% ownership and autonomy. And are you willing to take the risk to get there? Or, do you have a lower risk tolerance, and you're like, "I don't mind being a part of a bigger brand, where they give me the playbook and I step in, and I get to really fall in love and just run my team and practice good medicine with a solid business model that I don't have to create." We fully recognize that that that member is out there. There's also the entrepreneur that's like, "I want to go out there and build my own thing" and there are options for that.
