The crew at All Paws Animal Clinic in Royal Palm Beach, Fla., places Gidget, a colorful piece of yard art, outside to greet clients. She holds a sand bucket full of colorful windmills that clients can use to mark the spots where their dogs poop. A sign at Gidget's feet says:

"We put Gidget outside the front door, so clients don't have to come inside and can remain anonymous," says manager Carol Hatcher. "It's really just a fun way to make sure nobody accidentally steps in any piles—and it makes clean-up a breeze for our team!"
