Each day I set a financial goal that's 25 percent higher than last year's revenue in that budget category on the same day. If we hit the goal, each person who worked that day gets one pull from a bag filled with 74 five-dollar bills, 20 10-dollar bills, 10 20-dollar bills, four 50-dollar bills, and two 100-dollar bills. Everyone roots for each other to get the big bills. It's a fun and motivating way to end those killer busy days.
