Chew on this: How to talk to veterinary clients about dog bites

Article

Use this tool to help clients understand why dogs biteand how the team can stop aggressive behavior in its tracks.

Aggressive dogs in the clinic make for scary, uncomfortable situations for everyone involved. But the veterinary team is the perfect intermediary between an angry dog and frightened (or worse, oblivious) client. We worked with the Animal Behavior College to develop this team tool to help remind team members how to initiate conversations with clients about dogs' aggressive behavior and make sure no one gets hurt. Download the tool now and start taking the bite out of dogs with aggressive, fearful behavior.
