Nothing ruins the workday like a mean boss. You may work for any of four kinds of team member and boss bullies described in Robert Sutton’s The No-A**hole Rule: a rage-aholic who loses his or her temper, a glarer who stares at you and makes no attempt to hide contempt, a jokester who tease in a mean-spirited way, or a sabotager who’s nice to your face but undermines you when you leave the room.
