Matt Albrecht, PhD, is co-founder of Eudaimonia Consulting, where he built the Veterinary Culture Panel, a diagnostic instrument that treats workplace culture as a structural property of veterinary practices rather than a personal failing of the people inside them. A cultural anthropologist with a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research, he speaks and delivers continuing education on organizational justice and psychological safety for veterinary professionals.
