How do you, as a veterinarian, know if you're providing a good service? Louise S. Dunn, owner of Snowgoose Veterinary Management Consulting, says you need to ask your clients. She says this can easily be done through online surveys.
Dunn says it's vitally important to interact with your clients because you're in the service business. Remember: When creating online client surveys, include no more than 6 to 8 questions, and make sure you're not asking the same questions on each survey you send out.
