Flea and tick products have gone over the counter. How will that affect your patients and practice?

In the past, pet owners needed a prescription for flea-and-tick prevention products. This strengthened the bond between clients and you and meant big business for veterinary practices. But today, many of these products are available over the counter. Some team members believe this shift will doom their practice or put patients at risk. Others aren’t as worried.
