What Makes a Great Resume?

Stacy Pursell, BA, CPC, CERS, founder and CEO of The VET Recruiter, explains the necessary components of a great resume.

First, you need the basics: your name, contact information and address. Pursell says drop the objective statement and include an executive summary instead. It's also important to list your work history in reverse chronological order, keep your resume under two pages in length and tailor your resume to the specific job you will be applying for.
