Too much to do and not enough time to do it, coupled with lack of communication, resources, and financial incentives, leaves team members tense.

If you feel that this year has been more taxing, you’re not alone. Half of team members who participated in the 2010 Firstline Team Trends Study say they’ve experienced more job-related stress this past year compared with previous years. Only 9 percent say they’ve experienced less stress. What’s causing this overload?
