VHMA Files: Is data driving your practice?

Data collection and analysis can be effective for tracking and maintaining veterinary clients. But is it worth it?

Veterinary managers interested in improving their practice's bottom line have started to put data in the driver's seat. Data can provide a wealth of information about new clients, client opinions, return visits and more. All of this information can be used to run a practice more effectively.
