VetSuccess unveils its Compliance Tracker

November 1, 2021
dvm360 Staff

This breakthrough veterinary business intelligence solution addresses preventive care compliance challenges.

VetSuccess recently released its new business intelligence tool—Compliance Tracker—which provides veterinary clinics a simplified method for monitoring patient compliance with preventive care. The monthly subscription-based report displays key metrics and offers critical insight into whether or not clients are following a practice's preventive care recommendations.

According to a company release, data experts at VetSuccess can accurately report on veterinary practice patient compliance in 8 key areas of preventive healthcare (ie, annual physical exams, wellness bloodwork, heartworm testing, fecal testing, core vaccines, lifestyle vaccines, parasiticide compliance, and dental prophylaxis). This is due to a direct practice management software connection and proprietary mapping system.

"The Compliance Tracker has been years in the making and is certainly a labor of love," said Katie McClean, VetSuccess managing director. "We're proud to be able to put our veterinary data expertise to good use, giving practices a clear and easy way to monitor and take action on patient compliance."

Clear visuals and engaging filters enable practice managers and owners to hone into their compliance trends over a period and track conversion rate by doctor for each wellness service.

Benchmarks allow practices to obtain perspective by comparing their performance with that of other area practices. According to a company release, trendlines help clinics determine if their numbers are satisfactory by analyzing their practice's past performance.

Additionally, 4 bonus appendices highlighting client and noncompliant patient information can help improve compliance.

"The Compliance Tracker is one of those critical, time-saving reports that I wish I had when I was actively managing a busy practice,” said Sarah Susut, former veterinary practice manager and current VetSuccess product manager.

Since 2011, VetSuccess has refined veterinary data analysis, offering reliable, consistent, and user-friendly metrics for the veterinary profession.
