Veterinary Dental Extraction CourseThe Veterinary Dental Extraction Wet Lab provides veterinarians the opportunity to perform surgical extractions and surgical root tip retrieval from Dr. Brett Beckman, board certified veterinary dentist and world renowned teacher and speaker. In conjunction with the prerequisite Simple and Surgical Extractions Online Course, upon completion of this Wet Lab veterinarians will have the practice and skills needed to perform efficient extractions using proper technique to maximize patient care and minimize anesthesia time.Learn the latest techniques to facilitate less traumatic extractions by utilizing mucoperiosteal flaps, line angle incisions, sectioning, bone removal, bone contouring and suturing. Two participants will share a high speed system and each will have his/her own instruments and cadaver specimen. If you have magnification loupes it is recommended that you bring them. Lunch is provided. Attendance is limited to the first 8 registrants. This program is intended to provide 7 hours of RACE accredited continuing education
