Kemba L. Marshall, MPH, DVM, DABVP (Avian): It's always that 'aha' moment where you say, or the other person says, 'I never thought about it like that before.' Because if you can get to the point that you challenge what you think you know, and you can be open to saying, 'I may not understand that completely, or there may be a different perspective.' I think that's a very powerful self-awareness step.
