I am a hands-on learner, but most of the time I don't have a partner to practice procedures with. Therefore, I can't get feedback. Rather than hiring someone to be around 24/7 to practice with me, I videorecord myself doing procedures, review them and redo them until I've mastered the skill. On to the next!
