When 2016 Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Competition Hospital of the Year Award winner Randy Spencer, DVM, was faced with the need for more exam rooms (or "pet care suites," as they call them), he annexed his own reception area. In this video he explains how that worked and what his team gained in the process.
