How do you go about finding them?This is the first of a 2-part course, where we will develop the recruitment skills you need to identify the right person for your team.In Part 1, we will examine practice purpose and how this can affect finding the best person for the role, before turning to the practical aspects of recruitment.You will learn how to complete a job analysis and plan and run an efficient and effective recruitment campaign, including how to produce a job advertising copy to attract attention.Through self-reflection you will identify areas for further learning and investigation within your practice to ensure you get the most from the course.
