Handle client conversations about expenses with this short response.

You say: "That's a great question. Our practice uses high-quality equipment to help diagnose your pet and offer the care he or she needs. For example ..."
Depending on the care you've recommended, you may discuss your anesthetic monitoring equipment, digital radiography and other tools you use to offer their pets the best care. You may also mention the cost of offering a highly trained team to help support the care the veterinarian recommends.
