These practice owners chose to bring the building's woodsy exterior indoors. Architectural beams and benches made out of peeled logs promote this theme, and a stone fireplace makes clients feel at home. The reception desk is understated, letting the rest of the area speak for itself. “What's important here is the overall environment,” Hafen says. “The desk is almost secondary to the ambiance they've created.”
