Well, with a little help from your most enthusiastically smartphone-loving team member, yes. CVC educator Mark Opperman, CVPM, says this app will blow clients' minds.

CVC educator Mark Opperman, CVPM, with consulting firm VMC in Evergreen, Colorado, is here with an easy way to make pet owners sing your praises. The My Talking Pet app (which you will find in the iTunes store) can send an animated text from a patient or boarder to its owner ... who will then gush all over your clinic when they share the message with their friends.
